On June 3 the House of Representatives passed H. Con. Res. 86 directing the President to remove US Armed Forces from hostilities with Iran. The measure passed 215-208 with every Democrat voting for it, and 4 Republicans. But we’re not done yet. The measure still has to get through the Senate. Massive funding has poured into ICE and Border Patrol, giving them the resources to expand their detention and deportation operations. As a result people are being kept in horrifying conditions, leading to the conflict at the Delaney Hall detention facility in Newark, NJ. Let your congressional leaders know you stand in solidarity with the hunger strikers! Read more here.

Over the last five months, the Trump administration has pushed Cuba deeper into a humanitarian catastrophe while openly floating the possibility of regime change and military action. Call on Congress to oppose unauthorized military action against Cube, block funding for regime-change operations, end sanctions and fuel restrictions, and demand respect for Cuban sovereignty.
